Since 1995, OU Nursing Life Stage Solutions (formerly OU Case Management) has been a growing and successful care management organization which provides safety assessments, care coordination and management, education and resources to the families of aging and disabled persons living in Oklahoma.

Our Professional Care Managers help families navigate the complex healthcare system and make recommendations for obtaining the necessary healthcare, housing, and quality of life options for your loved ones.
