Our Team

The OU Nursing - Life Stage Solutions team is a multi-disciplinary group of experienced professionals that are committed to providing excellence in all that we do.  Many of our leaders have been with the organization since its founding in 1995.

Our leadership and care management team has an average of 18 years of professional experience. We have licensed registered nurses and licensed clinical social workers on our team, with background experiences varying from outpatient therapy, crisis intervention of mental disorders and drug/alcohol addictions to Acute Cardiovascular and Post Medical-Surgical/Cardiopulmonary Units.  We are proud that many of our care managers are Certified Care Managers.

Marsha Ward, our Private Care Management Coordinator, has been with us since 2002, with 24 years of case management experience. After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Marsha spent 11 years as Director of Residential Services at Red Rock Behavioral Health Services, and 13 years with the Long Term Care Authority as Regional Supervisor. Marsha has provided case management services, training on principles and practices of case management and has consulted on service plan development, case implementation issues and quality service delivery.
